FXrevenue.com General Terms of Service

FXrevenue.com reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and by continuing to access or use the website you accept any changed terms as they may apply from time to time. Failure to comply with these terms of service will result in immediate account termination.

1. FXrevenue.com will not accept hits from newsgroup or email spam. They will not be recorded and you will not be paid for them. Any attempt to defraud the FXrevenue.com program will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
2. Self signups/test signups are strictly prohibited. If a self signup is discovered without prior notification to support@fxrevenue.com, FXrevenue.com reserves the right to deduct or refuse payment for the join or terminate the account immediately.
3. Webmasters modifying surfers' browser settings without the surfers' express consent will be considered to be sending unsolicited advertising. These cases will be treated in the same way as email spam and will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
4. Webmaster expressly agrees that webmaster's or any affiliated sites will not contain any illegal and/or objectionable materials, including, but not limited to, child pornography, rape, incest or bestiality.
5. FXrevenue.com will not allow webmasters to directly or indirectly offer third parties any incentive or bonus (including but not limited to financial rewards, discounts, additional products or other benefits) for viewing or joining FXrevenue.com products using their FXrevenue.com affiliate linking code, nor will webmasters prompt third parties to join sites as a requirement to accessing other products or services.
6. FXrevenue.com has a pay structure based on traffic productivity. The more sign-ups your traffic generates, the more you earn. If a webmaster's sign-up ratio is below .05% (1 sign up per 2000 hits sent), we reserve the right to close an account and pay webmaster all monies due (unless the webmaster is found to be defrauding) within a reasonable period of time.
7. FXrevenue.com processes payments twice a month: webmaster's earnings will be sent on the 1st for the pay period 1st-15th of the previous month, webmaster's earnings will be sent on the 15th for the pay period 16th-30th of the previous month. If the account does not reach the minimum amount of $100, FXrevenue.com has the right to withhold payment and carry it over to the next payout date.
8. The webmaster must be at least 18 years of age to be able to participate in FXrevenue.com.
9. FXrevenue.com reserves the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such a case, you will be informed immediately and paid for all clicks and/or signups accumulated up to that point in time within a reasonable period of time, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement in any way.
10. FXrevenue.com is not responsible for any loss (economic or otherwise) due to downtime resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
11. FXrevenue.com reserves the exclusive right to deny any prospective affiliate admittance into our program, based on the content of the affiliate's website or for any other reason.
12. FXrevenue.com reserves the exclusive right to change the payout rate without prior notice.
13. FXrevenue.com is not responsible for funds after they have been sent to Epassporte. Epassporte is not required to follow federally funded bank guidelines; they do not provide confirmation numbers and are not guaranteed like bank wires. We will provide whatever confirmation we have that funds have been sent, but FXrevenue.com is not responsible for affiliate access to those funds in Epassporte. All disputes of funds not received should be directed at Epassporte customer service.
14. Webmaster agrees to refrain from any and all illegal activities in promotion of FXrevenue.com programs/products. Webmasters promoting FXrevenue.com are expected to adhere to acceptable usage policies for any sites used to promote the program. Abuse reports received are logged and investigated thoroughly by FXrevenue.com, and if found to be valid, accounts may be suspended or terminated without prior notice and payments withheld.
15. We do not allow surveys to be used as a means of initiating demo accounts. These cases will result in the termination of the webmaster's account and the forfeiture of any and all monies due.
16. We allow traffic only from the sources which have been confirmed by us in email.
17. FXrevenue does not accept and convert traffic from China, Romania, Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Egypt, Brazil, Ivory Coast, Algeria, Belorussia, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The traffic from these countries will be redirected and surfers will not be allowed to proceed to registration.

Ducascopy.com Program Terms of Service

1. Webmaster expressly agrees not to modify FXrevenue.com's code during and after webmaster's affiliation with FXrevenue.com. Webmaster agrees that any proposed modifications are expressly subject to the sole discretion/approval of FXrevenue.com. Any unauthorized modifications and/or copying by webmaster will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account and payments withheld and FXrevenue.com will be entitled to pursue all available remedies under all applicable laws and/or equity.
2. Webmaster agrees that signups sent to the program are in fact valid and true - any attempt to fraud the system in any way will result in immediate account termination.
3. Webmaster agrees to refrain from any and all illegal activities, including, but not limited to, spamming, pyramid schemes, "work from home" systems, and false representation of the program. Any activities, illegal or otherwise, which FXrevenue.com deems to be inappropriate at its sole discretion, will result in immediate termination of webmaster's account. Webmaster agrees to indemnify FXrevenue.com for all liability and damages arising out of webmaster's activities, including attorney's fees.
4. Webmaster understands and agrees that any violation of the aforesaid terms and conditions by webmaster will result in permanent cancellation of and forfeiture of any and all payment(s) for any activity on webmaster's account.
5. Webmaster agrees that FXrevenue.com has the exclusive right to determine if any violation(s) have occurred.
6. FXrevenue.com reserves the right to terminate webmaster's account if the free signup conversions do not justify the Per Free Signup payout being issued. Changes in this regard may take place at any time without prior notice.
7. FXrevenue.com reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend the abovementioned terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
8. FXrevenue.com Affiliate Program aims to attract mass of users for exclusive familiarization with the DucasCopy.com platform.

FXrevenue.com Webmaster Referral Terms of Service

1. Webmaster agrees that webmaster's account will be credited with the referred webmasters only if referred webmaster is sent via the provided link.
2. In order to receive payment, webmaster understands that referred webmaster's account must be valid and active, and in compliance with FXrevenue.com terms and conditions.
3. FXrevenue.com agrees to pay webmaster a certain percentage of all earnings generated by the referred webmaster in any active FXrevenue.com program. Please visit the Programs section of the site to view current rates.
4. Webmaster may not self-refer. Such attempts may result in termination of webmaster's account.
5. Any fraud, misrepresentation or any illegal activities conducted by webmaster will result in immediate termination of webmaster's FXrevenue.com account and forfeiture of all payments derived from such fraud, misrepresentation or any illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to pyramid schemes, "get rich quick", "work from home" and any other misrepresentation of the program itself.
6. Webmaster understands and agrees that any violation of the abovementioned terms and conditions by webmaster will result in total cancellation of and forfeiture of any and all payment(s) for any activity on webmaster's account.
7. Webmaster agrees that FXrevenue.com has the exclusive right to determine if any violation(s) have occurred.
8. FXrevenue.com reserves the exclusive right to change and/or amend the abovementioned terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
